I was given this image from Limited Runs.  She is called Pearl.  When I saw her all I could think of was bottom of the sea.  I really wished I had a treasure chest filled with gold and gems but alas I did not.  I created this background for her though.  I sprayed with Dylusions London Blue but also wanted to add some green in.  So I grabbed my green Bister powder and mixed it on my craft sheet with water.  Unfortunately when you do that you get a muddy green and I didn't want that so I added some yellow Color burst to it and got a better color.  
After it dried I embossed it with these circles and added white gel pens and Stickles Turquoise for a bubble look.  I cut out the seaweed from three different green papers and distressed them.  As I was looking for anything nautical in my stash, I found these pretty fish stickers that were all sparkly.  Of course the clown fish makes me think of Nemo.  I just love dolphins so I thought I would add a charm I bought some time ago (when I was concentrating more on jewelry).
