HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR A LOVED ONE

Here we are with another two weeks gone so that means we have another new challenge starting at Crafting When We Can.  This time we have a wonderful sketch for you designed by our own DT Sandra.

Our sponsor is one of my favorites!

Lacy Sunshine

I received Forever My Darling Love Note Fairy to use.  I think this image is just gorgeous.  I'm really not good with pleats and I tried practicing on several other images and You Tube videos but I just couldn't seem to make it look as good as the ones I was trying to learn from.  I think this is the best one I've done yet.  I really like how her dress turned out.

The background just behind her is one I made quite some time ago just waiting for the right card.  I stamped and heat embossed then used Color Burst from Ken Oliver.  I really love his products.  I'm going to the Mega Meet in Michigan again and I will get to see his new colors.  I'm planing on getting several.  After I cut it out it screamed to be distressed so I made it a distressed card...I am really getting into this as you will see again tomorrow.

Please stop by CWWC and be inspired by all the wonderful projects from the DT.  I hope you will join in the challenge with us.

Have a wonderful and blessed day.

I love the little pearl flourishes! I thought I had something like that but I can't find them! But I had been using them a lot so maybe I used them!
