My sister, Rebecca (Becky) has had a birthday (in May) and this is the card I made for her.  I wanted it to be fun and I have a few stamps with two older ladies.  It took a bit but I decided to go with this one.

The stamps I used are Mable & Vera Cruzn' (J117) and Wild! (C478) from Great Impressions.  Becky is a wild child so I had to choose the Wild! stamp.  This is colored with Copic markers and the glass areas have Glastique on them to make them shine.  I did a fuzzy cut and put it on an embossed circle background.

Becky has influenced me in many techniques and I wanted to show them here.  The background I made is done with ColorBurst.  Green is Becky's favorite color so this had to be done in green.   She also had given me a challenge once to use sequins so they had to be included as well.  I also added a green and gold washi tape at the bottom.

I want to remind you there is still a few days to enter our June challenge with this as the prize

Now some sad news.  This will be my last post for Great Impressions.   I have truly enjoyed the last six months and I just love our team and our leader Ruza.  I have even learned to stamp better as I have used mostly digis before.  I will miss being part of this team and designing for Great Impressions.

Thank you Deone, owner of Great Impressions, for having me on your team!

Thanks for visiting and have a blessed day!
