HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACINTINO

This card is for little Jacintino or "Tino" as we call him.  He just turned 3 years old.  What a big boy he is now!  Adorable isn't he!

He, like his sister, have requests for cards.  His request was it must be blue and have a gate.  A gate?  I thought I heard him wrong but then he showed me the baby gate that stops him from going into the kitchen.  Funny right!

So I had a fence die that is pretty intricate and thought I could use that.  Well I had so much trouble with it I gave up on it and asked my wonderful sister what she had.  I just knew she would have a die because she has everything...or so I thought.  She did have two punches though.  I would have liked to use the other one as it is kind of rickety but it just looked way to small behind him.

I punched out several of them and glued them together then added a black one behind it for a bit of a shadow.  I sponged a bit of blue onto the fence then topped it with Glastique.  I also sponged on some blue to the embossed paper.  I would say what color it is but there was blue ink on the pad and I never added any more to it.  I know it's from Stampin' Up but not sure which blue.   The sentiment is also cut out several times and glued together then topped with Glastique as well.

Well here's to hoping this is the last boy card for a while.  No glitter or bling or flowers...this is hard!

Thanks for visiting me today and have a blessed day.
