A friend of mine asked me to make a cover for a cookbook she was making for her daughter. We made a trade out for this. She is teaching me how to make chicken paprikash...YUM! So I agreed to do this for her.
I got an immediate picture of what I wanted to do. I bought some Dylusions recently and I'm loving working with them. I just new they would be perfect for this (and I love to play with them). After I finished the colors I did some word art with my daughter to create the title. I used some stickers I got from my sister, some food images I had and a Tim Holtz stencil.
Recipe:
Image - Betty Butterfingers from The Stamping Chef
Grapes from Anne's Cards 4 U
Strawberries - Anji's Antics
Coloring mediums - Copic markers, Glastique, Stickles, White gel pen
Die - Sizzix
Paper - Canson
Coloring medium - Dylusions Bubblegum Pink and London Blue
Stencil - Blossom by Tim Holtz
Texture paste by Ranger
Embossing powder - Whispers Gold
Dragonfly - Sweet Stamps
