SUMMER LOVIN'

 Hi everyone!  Well I made it through my daughters graduation and party.  It took a lot out of me and I needed about a week to recover.  It took a bit to get my mojo going again and I'm not sure it's totally there yet.  Still dragging a bit.  We all had a fabulous time but I have way to much leftover food.  Good thing you can freeze a lot of it.  We will be having BBQ Pulled Pork for many dinners to come.

CRAFTING WHEN WE CAN

 I have been given this cute image called "Swing Into Love".  Isn't it just darling!  I colored them with my Copics and added some Wink of Stella to her hair then Glostique to her flower.  I have tried to make it show better in the picture but I have not been able to manage it yet.  I'll keep trying.  
The flowers I got from my stash...I think it was a candy win.  I used my Copics here too to add some color and depth to them.  I also paper pieced her dress.  Since I am making this the 4th of July weekend, I just had to use red, white and blue.     I am so happy to have been born an American.  I am very grateful to all the men and women who go out to protect our freedom and those who fought to get it.     Thanks for coming to visit me and I hope that you will stop by the CWWC blog and check out all the wonderful creations made by my DT sisters.  Have a great day!
