A SISTER CHALLENGE

I have a new card for you today that is totally different than the cards I usually make.  My beautiful sister Rebecca (Sydney's Sentiments) has issued a challenge for me and our cousin Candy (Candy Scraps).  Rebecca had a thought to try to use something that she doesn't care for much and that is sequins.  I have never used them either.  She sent some to me and Candy and has asked us to use them in at least two different projects.

So this is my first one.  We all need birthday cards on hand so I thought to make a birthday card.  I put my focal in the top center then scattered some sequins onto it.  The only ones staged are attached to the sentiment.  It only took a few minutes to make but took forever on the idea.  I used a card from Sarah Moerman at Simon Says Stamp as an inspiration.  Hope you all like it.

Recipe:

Paper - Simon Says, generic
Sentiment - Simon Says, Stampendous
Sequins - Got them from my sister
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
All Simon Says and the sequins are new
