WITH SYMPATHY

It's a sad day for those of us who are left behind when someone dies.  My friend Patricia lost her mother.  The anniversary of my own mother's passing is just days away and I know that this is a hard time for her.  I hope you will help by keeping her and her family in your prayers.

This is the first card I have ever made without using any ink.  This is entirely embossed.  It's also the first shaped card I have made.  I saw a tutorial recently on how to use your die to make one and I wanted to try it.  Here are the things I used:

Die cut - Stampin' Up
Stamps - Our Daily Bread & Stupendous
Embossing folder - Darice (it's a new one)
Embossing powder - Ranger
Pearls - Queen and Co.

Thanks for your visit and your prayers.

Oh, Robin, I just saw this on Word Art Wednesday and was drawn to it! It's so beautiful, and I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's mom! I truly understand having now lost both parents. May God comfort you both! Hugs!
