Another
two weeks have gone by? Really? It seems time is going way too fast
for me. I guess I'm just getting old. So I would like to welcome you
to another fabulous challenge at
The challenge this fortnight is to use stitching. Our sponsor this time is
The image I was given is called Whimsical Big Eye Girl Clara. Isn't she just adorable! My sister Rebecca
says she speaks to her. She just loves these images too. Clara
reminded me a bit of Goth but since I am so bad at black I went with
grey and a touch of red.
Stitches have always been a challenge for me.
I'm very bad at it. Rebecca
to the rescue. She had just purchased a stitching die. So of course I
raided her stash and got the die. It works so well. I am no longer
stitching challenged.
My
next thing to get through was using the sequins on another project. My
sister challenged our cousin and me to use sequins on two projects.
This is my second one. I used the sequins to make a shaker card. This
is also a first for me. I have never made one before. I think it
turned out well.
I hope you will join us in this challenge. Please head over to the CWWC blog and check out all the other wonderful creations made by my DT sisters.
