A SMURFETTE VALENTINE/BIRTHDAY?

 

Here we go with another fabulous challenge at 
CRAFTING WHEN WE CAN!

This challenge is a recipe:  1 image, 2 ribbons, 3 main colors

Lyndsey has given me this gorgeous Smurfette image to use.  I just loved the Smurfs.  Sometimes I still watch them.  It's a secret so don't tell anyone.  I've colored her with my Copics and added some Stickles and Glossy Accents for that sparkle and shine I love so much.  The sketch is from Our Daily Bread.

The papers are from Bazzill, DSE and some generic.  I used a die cut from Our Daily Bread and embossing folder from Darice.   I also added some of Tim Holtz Distress Ink.  I so wish I had been there to see him at CHA.  Maybe one day.  My wonderful sister says we are to save our money and go in a couple of years.  The ribbons are from Martha Stewart and a candy win.

I couldn't decide if I wanted to use this for a Valentine or a birthday card so I left the sentiment off as I think it could go for both.  Let me know what you think.

 She has so many just totally adorable images.  

Our challenge this fortnight is "Outdoors".  I chose "Lil Fidget Hearts A Flutter".  She is just so cute.  I just love fairies.  She is colored with Copic markers and I've added some Stickles, Glossy Accents and pearls.  The papers are from Bazzill, DCWV, Core' dinations and some generic.  The die cut is Stampin' Up and the rest came from my stash.
